Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, LBA

Founder and Clinical Executive

North Arrow ABA, LLC was founded by Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. A Western Michigan University graduate, certified instructor in Professional Crisis Management, and previous leader in multiple ABA organizations, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Based in Traverse City, Michigan, Jonathan launched North Arrow ABA to provide high quality behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities throughout Northern Michigan.

Sarah Rader, M.S.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Regional Clinical Director

Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in the state of Michigan with a background in special education. While she is a native Michigander, her journey in the field of ABA began in 2006 as a behavior technician in the Los Angeles Unified School District. In addition to her 8 years of experience serving children with autism spectrum disorder, Sarah also has elementary classroom teaching experience in a self-contained cross categorical setting. Sarah is passionate about the dissemination of ABA and has provided professional development trainings to educators in the state of Michigan. She is committed to making meaningful changes in the lives of the families that she supports.

Sarah spends time outside of work reading stacks of books, devouring podcasts, and enjoying beautiful northern Michigan outdoor activities such as hiking, road and trail running, and kayaking.

Jennifer Hartman, MA, BCBA, LBA

Chief Quality Officer

Jenny is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field of ABA since 2006. She has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2009, earning her Masters degree in Behavior Analysis from Western Michigan University. Jenny was formerly the Clinical Director of an organization in Colorado providing in-home-, school-, and center-based ABA services for individuals with Autism spectrum disorder and other comorbid diagnoses, supervising treatment teams providing individualized behavior therapy as well as implementing parent training.

Born and raised in Northern Wisconsin, she made the decision to move with her family to Traverse City to be closer to family and support a population here in a community similar to that in which she was raised. She is so excited to raise her two young girls here with her husband and work for North Arrow ABA in beautiful Northern Michigan. Jenny has extensive experience working with families and children in a variety of settings and integrating parent and staff training support to fit each child's unique needs. The most rewarding piece of her job is being a part of the impact high quality ABA has on the whole family unit, and the improvement observed in the quality of life of the individuals we serve.

Keith Finley, MA, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director of Grayling Programs

Keith is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field since 2016. He received his Bachelor’s in Health Science from Saginaw Valley State University and Master’s of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Keith was born and raised in Tawas, and shortly after finishing school moved to Northern Michigan to serve the Grayling/Gaylord communities. Outside of work, he is very passionate about the outdoors including hunting and fishing, hiking with his dog, backpacking, and camping.  

Emma Griffiths, MA, BCBA, LBA

Assistant Clinical Director of Traverse City Programs

Emma is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with individuals with autism since 2016. After starting as a behavior technician, Emma's passion and interest in the field of ABA quickly grew. Emma graduated from Ball State University in 2020. Throughout her experience in the field, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of environments such as, home, school, and center-based settings. Emma is originally from Southeast Michigan, but has recently relocated to Northern Michigan. In her free time, Emma enjoys reading books, doing yoga, traveling, and spending time at Lake Michigan.

Carrie Gray, PhD, BCBA-D, LBA

Clinical Director of Cheboygan and Upper Peninsula Programs

Carrie is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of autism and ABA since 2013. Carrie graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a master’s degree in psychology and went on to receive her doctorate degree in applied behavior analysis in 2019. With experience ranging from behavior technician to clinical director, Carrie enjoys working with colleagues to meet common goals, helping clients reach and exceed their potential, and assisting in the education and professional development of behavior technicians and future BCBAs. Born in TX and raised in NC, Carrie has lived in the Upper Peninsula of MI since 2016 and enjoys all the outdoor beauty the U.P. has to offer. She has one son in the US Air Force, one son in the US Navy, and a daughter working as a CNA in the U.P. She enjoys hiking and enjoying nature, as well as some indoor activities like reading and putting puzzles together. 

Emma Mitchell, MA, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director of Gaylord Programs

Emma has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2019 and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2016. She is originally from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi and moved to Michigan to pursue a Master’s Degree in ABA at Michigan State University. Emma has had the opportunity to collaborate with educators in the school setting, and has worked in the home, community and clinical settings with her clients. She has worked with individuals with Autism who receive ABA services for the past 6 years whose ages have ranged from 2 to 21. Outside of work, she enjoys being on a lake in a kayak watching the sun set or in a tent in the middle of the woods in Northern Michigan. 

Aislin Woell, MA, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director of Traverse City Programs

Aislin (she/her) is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities and their families while teaching them vital skills to gain independence as they grow. She has been working with autistic children since 2016 in home, clinical, school, and community settings. Aislin graduated from Saint Louis University and went on to gain her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an Autism Spectrum Disorder certification from Ball State University in 2019. Originally from Chicago but a self-proclaimed Michigander at heart, Aislin moved to Michigan in 2020 to pursue leadership opportunities at an organization downstate. Traverse City living brought her to the community at North Arrow. In her free time, Aislin enjoys reading, exploring new hikes, spending time with her extended family on the beach, paddleboarding, and stealing her roommate's dog to go on long walks.

Brooke House, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director of Petoskey Programs

Brooke is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began in the field back in 2017. She received her Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Wayne State University in the heart of Detroit, Michigan. Although she is a city gal at heart, she decided to move to Northern Michigan in 2019 and has served the community ever since. She is passionate when it comes to teaching others about applied behavior analysis, and has provided professional development opportunities for multiple school districts in Michigan. Being rooted in the Northern Michigan community, Brooke is able to help families and individuals find resources that may be otherwise overlooked. She is dedicated to helping learners and families become advocates for themselves and helping them live the most independent, least-restrictive life possible. When she is not at work you can catch her fishing, mowing the lawn, fly tying, bowling, making a mess in the kitchen, or hanging with her three fur babies. 

Tanya Vanillo, MS, BCBA, LBA

Clinical Director of Petoskey Programs

Tanya is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 16 years of experience in the field of ABA. Recently relocated to Michigan from Los Angeles, California, Tanya is passionate about developing and implementing socialization and generalization groups for children ages 2 to 18. She particularly enjoys working with adolescents, designing and implementing individualized programs to support their transition into adulthood, with a focus on independent living skills. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys cycling, hiking, and camping.

Brittany Bell, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Brittany is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of autism since 2018. Brittany graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and went on to receive her master’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in 2022. Brittany is passionate about creating meaningful changes and improving the lives of the kiddos and young adults she serves. Brittany is a Traverse City native who enjoys kayaking, reading on the beach, and spending time with her friends and family.

Stacy Agee, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Stacy has been working in the field of ABA since 2018 working with children diagnosed with ASD. She joined North Arrow ABA in 2020, as its first RBT in the Cheboygan area. She moved into the Lead RBT role for a year and a half before passing her BCaBA exam and becoming a Behavior Analyst. She attended Lake Superior State University and transferred to Liberty University to finish her Bachelors in Business Administration in Healthcare Management. Stacy recently graduated with her Master’s in Practical Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.

Stacy has lived in Northern Michigan almost her entire life and loves all the beauty the area has to offer. She married her high school sweetheart and has two sons. She and her husband have worked together in kids and youth ministry since 2015. Stacy loves being with her family and friends, playing the piano, and playing board games and Mario Party.

Jessica Alongi, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Jess is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of autism since 2016. Having completed her bachelor's degree in exercise science, she obtained her master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and field experience from Western Michigan University. Jess grew up in Metro Detroit, and loved vacationing with her family in Northern Michigan. Inspired by her connection to the area, Jess decided to accept her position with North Arrow ABA in Traverse City in August 2021. In her free time Jess likes listening to and playing music, being outdoors with friends, and spending time with family. Jess is excited to make an impact in her kiddos lives and to help provide the support for them to reach their goals!

Lexi Bondar, MS, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Lexi (she/her) is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of ABA since 2017. After growing up in Northern Michigan, she spent over a decade in California working with children and adolescents in a variety of settings, including outdoor education and musical outreach programs. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Film as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology with a speciality in Applied Behavior Analysis. Lexi aims to cultivate and create an environment and socially important behavior programs. In her downtime she enjoys hiking with her dog, cross country skiing, yoga, playing piano, and watching extreme sport documentaries (not participating in them). 

Jordan Carlson, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Jordan graduated with her MA from Michigan State University in 2023. Growing up in Traverse City, she knew she wanted to get back to her Northern Michigan roots as soon possible. She started in the field of ABA in 2020, but has had a passion for this type of work since age 15. In her free time she can be found somewhere outside (hiking, swimming, camping, fishing, or skiing).

Taylor Christensen, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Taylor is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum since 2016. After beginning her journey as a behavior technician, she quickly discovered her passion to grow within the field of applied behavior analysis. She attended Oakland University and obtained her master’s degree in 2019.  Taylor was born and raised in Metro Detroit and moved to Traverse City in 2023. Throughout her experience, Taylor has worked with a variety of clients from ages 2 to 20. She is excited to continue to make an impact on the lives of her clients and their families in Northern Michigan. In her free time, Taylor enjoys cooking/baking, reading, improving her golf game, and playing with her pup!

WillaClare Crank, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

WillaClare is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field since 2018. After accruing experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Virginia, her interest in ABA began growing exponentially. This led to her pursuing and successfully completing her Master’s program with Arizona State University in 2022. Following her graduation, she worked for a clinic with high intensity behavioral needs in Oregon before moving to Michigan and working with adults who have Traumatic Brain Injuries. In her free time WillaClare likes to spend time with her miniature Dachshunds and husband, traveling around the country and reading. Anything with water is a happy place to be!

Alicia Eno, MS, LLP, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Alicia Eno is a BCBA practitioner who has been in the field for over twenty years. She graduated from Western Michigan with her undergraduate degree in applied behavior analysis and received her masters from Eastern Michigan in clinical behavioral psychology. She has worked in the field in a variety settings, including schools, clinics , and the community. She has delivered services multiple states, including TN, MA, RI, WA, and MI. Alicia has also been a competitive runner for decades, and owns and manages a techno music label based in Detroit, MI. Her heart is full when she as able to pursue all of her passions including music, running. swimming, forest camping and last but not least behavior analysis!

Kodie Heading, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Kodie is a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working in the field since 2016. He received his undergraduate degree at Western Michigan University and his Master of Education in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis at Endicott College.

Kodie is a native of northern Michigan, and chose to move home in 2022. Prior to this, he had spent 7 years living and working in Indiana. In addition to the opportunity to work with North Arrow ABA, being closer to family and to raise his children in Northern Michigan are among the reasons he chose to come back to his home community. His children, Oscar and Madelyn, are at the center of Kodie and his wife’s life, and being a father has been one of his greatest joys. His favorite activities include doing anything with his family (library, zoos, parks), being outdoors, movies and video games, and cooking.

Behavior Analyst

Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been certified and licensed since 2021, and has worked with individuals with autism since 2010.  She has experience working with individuals and their families from the ages of 3 to 17.  Megan has lived in Northern Michigan all her life and enjoys the fall colors the most.  In her down time, she works fostering and finding homes for rescue dogs.  Most of all, she loves cuddling with her own dog who she rescued in 2017.

Behavior Analyst

Hannah Allen has been working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities since 2018. Hannah graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology in 2017, and went on to Ball State University to earn her master's degree in applied behavior analysis in 2022. In her free time, Hannah enjoys playing with her dogs, going on hikes, kayaking, rock hunting, and enjoying all that Northern Michigan has to offer.

Behavior Analyst

Jacklyn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with individuals diagnosed with autism since 2017. Having completed her bachelor's degree in psychology, she obtained her master's degree in Educational psychology and Applied Behavioral Analysis with field experience from Wayne State University. Jacklyn grew up in Miami, FL and enjoyed traveling and exploring the US with her family. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, traveling, camping, and fishing. Moving from one peninsula to another, Jacky decided to accept her position with North Arrow ABA in Grayling in December 2023. Jacky has experience serving all age levels and loves teaching within an individual’s natural environment and seeing skills transfer for families in multiple settings, knowing this will make a large impact on the child’s life. In her free time Jacky likes taking her dog for a walk, exploring the US, supporting local businesses, and enjoying the outdoors!

Angela Lentini, MS, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Angela (she/her) is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about teaching children and families with developmental disabilities, as well as building community. After graduating from Northern Michigan University in the beautiful Upper Peninsula, she spent a decade in Oregon growing a family, obtaining a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Purdue University. Angela also spent her time in the Pacific Northwest working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and then supervising ABA services in the home, center and school settings as a bachelor level BCaBA. Following her BCBA credential, she was promoted to a Lead Clinical Supervisor for an organization in Oregon, supporting her colleagues with treatment planning, technician training and parent coaching. Angela returned home to Michigan to share her love of the seasons and freshwater with her children and continued to provide services through telehealth before gratefully accepting a position at North Arrow ABA.

Angela is a lifelong learner who is open to new challenges and is happiest when working together with others to meet common goals. She and her husband are the proud parents of twins, an old lady dog, a hound puppy and a feral cat. Together they enjoy skiing, trying new foods, taking turns listening to preferred genres of music, rock hunting, and learning to play/coach soccer.

Alexandra Meriwether, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Alex graduated with her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in 2017 and received her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from Michigan State in 2023. She grew up in Lapeer, MI and moved to northern Michigan soon after completing her master’s degree. She has been in the field of ABA since 2020 but has worked with children with developmental disabilities since 2016. Alex has a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of the kiddos she gets the privilege of working with, as well as their families. In her free time she enjoys playing soccer, hunting, fishing, taking her two pups to the beach, and spending time with family.

Erin O’Connor, BCaBA, LABA

Behavior Analyst

Erin is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who has been working in the field of ABA since 2018. She earned her bachelor's degree in Behavior Analysis from Purdue Global University and obtained her BCaBA in 2022. Erin was born and raised in Northern Michigan, but moved to Kentucky to be with her husband who was in the Army. Later, she moved again to Northern Wisconsin where she gained the majority of her experience in Behavior Analysis. She was happy to join the North Arrow team where she was able to be closer to her family in the Grayling/Gaylord area. Outside of work Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, hiking, swimming, attending sporting or band events for her children, reading, playing video/board games, and crochet.

Wendy Parker, BCaBA, LABA

Behavior Analyst

I have had the luxury of calling Northern Michigan my home for my entire life. I embrace the changes that come with the change of the seasons. I have been in the ABA field for 11 years. My Bachelor's degree was acquired through Western Michigan University and have been board-certified since 2016. I have a well-rounded experience of working directly with clients with ASD from 2 years of age up to 20 years of age, working on several wide ranging skill deficits. I am looking forward to working directly with the community in and around the Cadillac area to improve the quality of life for the clients we serve and their families. When not at work, I can be found camping with my family, attending any and all sporting events, and working on DIY projects. 

Pamela Quibell, Ed. Psych, PhD., BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

I grew up in sunny California, and my husband and I are always up for an adventure, whether it's discovering new places, enjoying the snow, or spending time with our delightfully fluffy cats. I hold a Master's in Forensic Psychology, a Master's certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a doctorate in educational psychology. Teaching, conducting research, and collaborating with families are some of my passions. I've been a BCBA for three years now, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and teens of all levels, as well as training others to apply ABA techniques and principles effectively.

Laindra Schuler-Bardel, MS, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Laindra has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2020. She began working with Autistic individuals within the mental health field during her final year of undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan - Dearborn. While in her internship she knew that she was meant to be a BCBA.

In the Fall of 2023 Laindra, her husband, three cats, and pup Ravioli moved from metro-Detroit to the Eastern Upper Peninsula to serve as a Behavior Analyst Apprentice with North Arrow ABA. In the Spring of 2024, Laindra completed her Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis through Wayne State University in Detroit where she served as the President of the Wayne State University Applied Behavior Student Association.

Laindra is thrilled to continue servicing the Eastern Upper Peninsula and Cheboygan areas as a BCBA!

Tyler Stringer, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Tyler (He/His/Him) is a Traverse City native. After attending school, he moved back and began working at North Arrow ABA in October 2020 as one of its first employees. At North Arrow, Tyler has worked as a Behavior Technician, Float Technician, ABA Apprentice, and now as a Qualified Behavioral Health Professional. Tyler received his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and his Master's of Education from Iowa State University. He is currently enrolled in a Post-Master's Applied Behavior Analysis certificate program through Purdue Global. When not working or in class, you can find Tyler reading, hiking, or watching nature documentaries. 

Tara Sundy, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Tara has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021 and has been in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. Tara graduated with her bachelor's in communications from Eastern Michigan University in 2017. She went on to pursue her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, graduating in 2021 with a Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Graduate Certificate in Autism. Tara is originally from Northern Michigan. In 2017 Tara married her husband who is now a Veteran from the United States Marine Corps. Together they relocated to Gaylord, Michigan to raise their daughter. In her free time Tara enjoys spending time with her family, being out on the water, and watching football.

Katie Tourney, MA, BCBA, LBA

Behavior Analyst

Katie has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021 and has been working in the field of ABA since 2014. Katie is originally from Fort Wayne, IN and did both her undergraduate & graduate courses through Ball State University. Katie has worked in many different cities providing ABA services, but her heart belongs in Michigan. Katie has experience serving all age levels and has recently conducted an after-school direct instruction group. Katie loves teaching in the individual’s natural environment and seeing the progress that is made in that environment. Katie is passionate in promoting meaningful changes to her clients and families. When Katie is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dog, kayaking, camping, hiking, and watching football.

Behavior Analyst

Eryn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan. After graduating with her BA from Western Michigan , she completed her masters degree through Purdue Global University while working as a supervisor in Wisconsin. She has returned to the Mitten after four and a half years to live out her northern Michigan dream with North Arrow ABA. With 7 years of experience in ABA she is excited to be a part of the North Arrow team. 

When she is not at work she enjoys playing video games and board games, watercolor painting, and snuggling with her cats Nugget and Penguin. She is excited to learn more about the Petoskey area and be a part of the community.

Behavior Analyst

Hannah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with individuals with developmental disabilities since 2017. Hannah grew up in Grand Rapids Michigan and moved to northern Michigan soon after receiving her Masters degree. She completed both her undergraduate and master's program at Western Michigan University, studying applied behavior analysis. Hannah enjoys spending as much time as she can outdoors and is an amateur Lego builder. Her hobbies include kayaking, cooking, crafting, playing soccer and lacrosse.

Behavior Analyst

I have been in the field of ABA since 2009, starting as a Registered Behavior Technician for 8 years. From a very young age I knew I wanted to work with children. Once I found ABA I fell in love almost immediately. I obtained my Masters in criminal justice and ABA from Saint Joseph's University in Pennsylvania that led to me obtaining my BCBA in 2021. I have gained experience across multiple settings including home, schools, clinic and community. I love bridging the gap between clinic and community life.

In my down time I love to travel and have lived in 5 states including Hawaii, Florida and now Michigan! I take every moment I can spending time with my son and husband, whether that's at the beach, playing disc golf, hiking or just a lazy movie day on the couch. I also am a furmama to a german shepard named Lola and 2 cats (Rufio and Emma).
