North Arrow ABA, LLC was founded by Jonathan Timm, MA, BCBA, a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience serving individuals with developmental disabilities. A Western Michigan University graduate, certified instructor in Professional Crisis Management, and previous leader in multiple ABA organizations, Jonathan brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Based in Traverse City, Michigan, Jonathan launched North Arrow ABA to provide high-quality behavior analytic services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities throughout Northern Michigan.

Sarah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in the state of Michigan with a background in special education. While she is a native Michigander, her journey in the field of ABA began in 2006 as a behavior technician in the Los Angeles Unified School District. In addition to her 8 years of experience serving children with autism spectrum disorder, Sarah also has elementary classroom teaching experience in a self-contained cross-categorical setting. Sarah is passionate about the dissemination of ABA and has provided professional development training to educators in the state of Michigan. She is committed to making meaningful changes in the lives of the families that she supports.
Sarah spends time outside of work reading stacks of books, devouring podcasts, and enjoying beautiful northern Michigan outdoor activities such as hiking, road and trail running, and kayaking.

Tanya is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 16 years of experience in the field of ABA. Recently relocated to Michigan from Los Angeles, California, Tanya is passionate about developing and implementing socialization and generalization groups for children ages 2 to 18. She particularly enjoys working with adolescents and designing individualized programs to support their transition into adulthood, with a focus on independent living skills. Outside of work, Tanya enjoys cycling, hiking, and camping.

Carrie is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of autism and ABA since 2013. Carrie graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a master’s degree in psychology and went on to earn her doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2019. With experience ranging from behavior technician to clinical director, Carrie enjoys collaborating with colleagues to meet common goals, helping clients reach and exceed their potential, and assisting in the education and professional development of behavior technicians and future BCBAs. Born in Texas and raised in North Carolina, Carrie has lived in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan since 2016 and enjoys all the outdoor beauty the U.P. has to offer. She has one son in the US Air Force, one son in the U.S. Navy, and a daughter working as a CNA in the U.P. She enjoys hiking, spending time in nature, as well as some indoor activities like reading and putting puzzles together.

Hana Call is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about helping children with developmental disabilities and their families thrive through practical, ethical, and compassionate ABA services. She began working in the field in 2011 after earning her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Grand Valley State University and later earned her master’s degree in applied behavior analysis from Rowan University in 2013. Hana has experience across clinical, school-based, residential, and adult vocational settings and became a BCBA in 2015. After spending time living abroad in Munich and working in Tallahassee, she returned to Michigan in 2018. In addition to her clinical work, Hana serves as an adjunct professor, at Montcalm Community College, where she teaches Registered Behavior Technician coursework. Outside of work, she enjoys trail running, strength training, spending time at Crystal Lake with her family, and adventuring around their homestead with her husband and three children.

Sydney is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been practicing in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2017. Originally from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, she earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology with a focus in Behavior Analysis from Northern Michigan University. She then pursued her Master of Arts in Behavior Analysis at the University of Houston–Clear Lake in Texas. Sydney is deeply committed to working alongside families to create meaningful, lasting change and enhance the quality of life for each individual she serves. She eventually returned to Michigan, settling in Petoskey to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, seasonal beauty, and lake life, while also being closer to family. Outside of work, Sydney loves spending time outdoors, traveling, and doting on her two dogs.

Keith is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been in the field since 2016. He received his bachelor’s in Health Science from Saginaw Valley State University and his Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University. Keith was born and raised in Tawas, and shortly after finishing school, moved to Northern Michigan to serve the Grayling and Gaylord communities. Outside of work, he is passionate about the outdoors including hunting, fishing, hiking with his dog, backpacking, and camping. -

Emma is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with individuals with autism since 2016. After starting as a behavior technician, Emma's passion for and interest in the field of ABA quickly grew. She graduated from Ball State University in 2020. Throughout her experience in the field, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of environments including home, school, and center-based settings. She is originally from Southeast Michigan, but recently relocated to Northern Michigan. In her free time, Emma enjoys reading, doing yoga, traveling, and spending time at Lake Michigan.

Brooke is a Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who began in the field back in 2017. She received her bachelor’s in Psychology and master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Wayne State University in the heart of Detroit, Michigan. Although she is a city gal at heart, she decided to move to Northern Michigan in 2019 and has served the community ever since. She is passionate about teaching others about applied behavior analysis, and has provided professional development opportunities for multiple school districts in Michigan. Being rooted in the Northern Michigan community, Brooke is able to help families and individuals find resources that may be otherwise overlooked. She is dedicated to helping learners and families become advocates for themselves and helping them live the most independent, least restrictive life possible. When she is not at work you can catch her fishing, mowing the lawn, fly tying, bowling, making a mess in the kitchen, or spending time with her three fur babies.

Tara has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2021 and has worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2018. Tara graduated with her bachelor's in communications from Eastern Michigan University in 2017. She went on to pursue her master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University, graduating in 2021 with a Graduate Certificate in Autism Spectrum Disorder and a Graduate Certificate in Autism. Tara is originally from Northern Michigan. In 2017 Tara married her husband who is now a Veteran from the United States Marine Corps. Together they relocated to Gaylord, Michigan to raise their daughter. In her free time Tara enjoys spending time with her family, being out on the water, and watching football.

Aislin (she/her) is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst who is passionate about working with children with developmental disabilities and their families while teaching them vital skills to gain independence as they grow. She has been working with autistic children since 2016 in home, clinical, school, and community settings. Aislin graduated from Saint Louis University and went on to earn her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an Autism Spectrum Disorder certification from Ball State University in 2019. Originally from Chicago but a self-proclaimed Michigander at heart, Aislin moved to Michigan in 2020 to pursue leadership opportunities at an organization downstate. Traverse City brought her to the community at North Arrow. In her free time, Aislin enjoys reading, exploring new hiking trails, spending time with her extended family on the beach, paddleboarding, and stealing her roommate's dog to go on long walks.

Stacy has been working in the field of ABA since 2018, working with children diagnosed with ASD. She joined North Arrow ABA in 2020 as its first Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the Cheboygan area. She served in the Lead RBT role for a year and a half before passing her BCaBA exam and becoming a Behavior Analyst. Stacy attended Lake Superior State University before transferring to Liberty University, to complete her bachelors in Business Administration in Healthcare Management. Stacy recently graduated with her master’s in Practical Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida Institute of Technology.

Jess is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of autism since 2016. After completing her bachelor's degree in exercise science, Jess earned her master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis and completed her field experience from Western Michigan University. Jess grew up in Metro Detroit and loved vacationing with her family in Northern Michigan. Inspired by her connection to the area, Jess accepted her position with North Arrow ABA in Traverse City in August 2021. In her free time, Jess enjoys listening to and playing music, spending time outdoors with friends, and being with family. Jess is excited to make an impact in her kiddos lives and to help provide the support for them to reach their goals!

Miya began her academic journey at Lake Superior State University, where she attended from 2020 to 2023 and earned both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and an associate degree in social work. During that time, she developed a strong interest in research and behavioral sciences. Miya moved to Traverse City and began working at North Arrow as an Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in 2023. She then continued her education and graduated with her master’s degree in 2025. Miya grew up in the small town of Mason, where she spent much of her childhood enjoying life on her family’s farm, hunting, and taking weekend trips to her cabin in Frederic, where she rode snowmobiles and enjoyed the surrounding lakes. Those experiences helped her develop a deep appreciation for Northern Michigan and the communities throughout the region. Miya is grateful to live and work in an area she has loved for many years. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and is passionate about providing meaningful services and support to people living in rural communities.

Samantha Corbin is a licensed and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who transitioned into the field of psychology in 2022 after more than a decade in high-stakes service environments. Driven by a philosophy of overcoming challenges, she graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2025. Samantha is currently pursuing a master’s degree with a specialized focus in autism.
Throughout her career, Samantha has leveraged her unconventional background, ranging from hospitality to distance-running coaching, to strengthen her professional communication, grit, and problem-solving skills. She is dedicated to facilitating meaningful change and applying data-driven programs to help clients achieve long-term behavioral success. Outside of work, she enjoys training for marathons, reading poetry, listening to music with her husband, and exploring with her dog.

Born and raised in Northern Michigan, Amber has been working with youth in surrounding communities since 2011.
Amber joined North Arrow in 2022 as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where she quickly discovered a strong passion for the field of behavior analysis and supporting the families she serves. She is dedicated to using compassionate, evidence-based practices to help clients build meaningful skills and improve their quality of life.
In her free time, Amber enjoys exploring the outdoors and everything Northern Michigan has to offer. She can often be found hiking, boating, or camping with her three children. While she loves spending time on a riverbank, she also enjoys getting lost in a good book, watching movies, and spending time in the kitchen.

Kylee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who earned undergraduate degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology from Michigan State University’s Lyman Briggs College. She went on to complete her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Ball State University.
Although she moved to Traverse City in 2022, Northern Michigan has always felt like home, as she has spent time in the area throughout her life. Outside of work, Kylee enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach, hiking, and exploring arts and crafts.
Kylee is passionate about supporting children and families and helping them achieve meaningful, lasting progress. She values building strong, collaborative relationships with each client and family and is committed to creating a positive and supportive experience throughout their journey.

Taylor has been working with individuals diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities since 2016. Her passion for behavior analysis was sparked through high school coursework and by her older sister, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Taylor earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in behavior analysis from Western Michigan University, completing her master’s in 2025. She has experience providing services to individuals ages 2-50 and has a background working with those who have challenging behavior. Originally from Rockford, Michigan, Taylor enjoys spending time with her nephews and friends and exploring the outdoors. She is excited to be part of the North Arrow team and looks forward to supporting her clients, colleagues, and technicians with their growth.

Megan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been certified and licensed since 2021 and has worked with individuals with autism since 2010. She has experience working with individuals and their families from the ages of 3 to 17. Megan has lived in Northern Michigan her entire life and especially enjoys the fall colors. In her downtime, she works fostering and finding homes for rescue dogs. Most of all, she loves cuddling with her own dog. whom she rescued in 2017.

Devin is originally from the Leelanau County area and values serving families within his local community. Outside of work, Devin enjoys technology, reading, and following sports.

Erin was born and raised in Northern Michigan but moved to Kentucky to be with her husband, who served in the Army. Later, she moved to Northern Wisconsin, where she gained most of her experience in Behavior Analysis. She was excited to join the North Arrow team, where she could be closer to her family in the Grayling and Gaylord area. Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, hiking, swimming, attending her children’s sporting or band events, reading, playing video/board games, and crocheting.

Felicia is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who has worked with children and adolescents diagnosed with ASD and other developmental delays since 2016. Through her experiences in clinic, home, and community settings, she developed a passion for supporting individuals in acquiring or improving daily living skills and teaching alternatives behaviors. Felicia graduated from Ball State University in 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a concentration in autism studies, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. A Tennessee native but a Michigander at heart, Felicia spends her free time crocheting, reading, and making messes with her son, daughter, and husband.

Originally from sunny California, she brings a collaborative and adventurous spirit to both her professional and personal life. Pamela holds a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology, a master’s certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, and a doctorate in Educational Psychology. In addition to providing high-quality ABA services, she enjoys teaching, conducting research, and training others in the effective application of ABA principles and techniques. Outside of work, Pamela and her husband enjoy exploring new places, embracing snowy adventures, and spending time with their delightfully fluffy cats.

Bridgette holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Capella University, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. Building on a diverse professional background that includes pharmacy support and caregiving for individuals with neurological disorders such as Huntington's and Parkinson's diseases, she has dedicated her career to the field of autism since 2021. She is passionate about delivering empathic, trauma-informed care and focusing on strategies that foster joy, connection, and communication. A longtime resident of Gaylord and a native of Northern Michigan, she embraces life in the north with her family and three busy dogs. Bridgette enjoys book collecting, home improvement projects, embracing creativity in its many forms, and soaking up the outdoors through golfing, kayaking, and hiking.

Eryn is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in both Wisconsin and Michigan. After graduating with her bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University, she completed her master’s degree through Purdue Global University while working as a supervisor in Wisconsin. She returned to the Mitten after four and a half years to pursue her Northern Michigan dream with North Arrow ABA. With 7 years of experience in ABA, she is excited to be part of the North Arrow team.
When she is not at work, she enjoys playing video and board games, watercolor painting, and snuggling with her cats, Nugget and Penguin. She is excited to learn more about the Petoskey area and be a part of the community.

Kevin, MA, BCBA, LBA

Kevin was born and raised in Northern Michigan, where they were fortunate to spend their summers swimming, fishing, and playing basketball. During the winters, they spent time snow tubing and making snow forts. From early on in life, Kevin knew they wanted to serve and support others, using their own struggles to gain insight into people’s challenges. They have special interests in developing fun and effective social skills programs, emotional regulation, and the relationship between exercise and behavior.
They have worked with a range of populations, including adults with developmental disabilities and mental illnesses, people with dementia, and individuals of various ages on the autism spectrum. This work is about relationships. At the heart of it, building and maintaining relationships, connecting with and understanding each other, are what we teach and learn. At North Arrow, they aim to teach and guide when possible while also learning from the families and people they work with every day.

Brenna Vanucci-Martin is a licensed and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Shortly before earning her bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in substance abuse from the University of Michigan-Flint in 2022, she began working as a Registered Behavior Technician at North Arrow ABA. It was during this time that Brenna discovered her passion for the field, prompting her to pursue a master’s in ABA to deepen her knowledge. Brenna is currently in her final semester at the Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Brenna enjoys spending time camping and being outdoors with her family—though she’s not a fan of winter or the cold! She also volunteers for a nonprofit organization, assisting in addressing substance abuse through compassionate care and disseminating resources to individuals rebuilding their life.
